Groups are advised to book in advance for tours of the house, which are available in Icelandic, English, German and Swedish, and an illustrated guide in French. Tours can be offered in other languages by prior arrangement.

Accessibility
The ground floor is wheelchair accessible but the upper level is not. On the ground floor, you can enjoy the audio guide and experience a virtual visit. There are accessible toilets in the building.
